Detailed Job description : -
• Liase with stakeholders to gather and record business needs, ensuring alignment with operational goals and documenting them for implementation
• Examining and analysing current business operations, including workflows, procedures, and practices, to uncover areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Diagnosing process inefficiencies and proposing improvements to enhance business operations and refine system capabilities and performance.
• Work closely with project management team on system analysis estimation and help to build comprehensive project plans, estimate costs, and oversee execution.
• Leading the implementation of functional solutions, including the design and execution of system testing protocols to ensure reliability and quality standards are met.
• Producing user guides and training materials, and delivering structured training sessions.
• Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, serving as a blueprint for system developers during the build phase
• Utilizing data and workflow modelling tools to develop precise system requirements that inform the design and development of software solutions.
• Serving as a key source of expertise and information, offering strategic input and support throughout the system development and decision-making lifecycle.
• Experience in Home Health domain
• Exposure to Private Health insurance
• Exposure to Wealth and Capital market domain
• Experience in Tableau Administration
• Exposure to AWS, Data pipelines
• Candidate should be very much proficient in Joins
• Candiate should be proficient in SQL Analytical functions, CTEs and Sub Queries and their usages
• Candidate should be able to understand and debug complex queries
• Candidate should have at least basic knowledge on stored procedures and how to debug/enhance them
• Performance optimization in SQL
• Strong Knowledge in Tableau reporting
• Real Time Experience in Blending/Relationship and their usages
• Real Time Experiences on all types of Actions
• Experience in Complex LODs, Table Calculations, Time series and Date Functions etc
• Proficient on all sort of Charts and ability to create custom charts and visuals
• Good Dashboard building skills
