- Job Title Sustainability Lead - APAC Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield’s Sustainability team is a leader in the provision of environmental and sustainability services for the property industry, offering a wide range of services to owners, occupiers, developers, and investors. This role will sit within the Sustainability Program Management team and lead the delivery of business support, deliver growth with new and existing clients, expand sustainability capability within the GOS delivery team and play a key leadership role for the broader team. Job Description About the Role: Leadership: Lead and grow Sustainability initiatives for APAC GOS clients by managing teams, expanding ESG services, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality, timely client deliverables. Delivery: Oversee ESG service delivery and strategic partnerships across APAC, managing end-to-end sustainability programs, optimizing reporting and cost efficiency, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to expand service impact and client reach. Business Development: Build strategic relationships with internal and industry stakeholders, support marketing development, and contribute to business bids and pricing of new client solutions. About You: Education: Graduate qualifications in sustainability, engineering, environmental science or related discipline. ESG and Sustainability Expertise: Demonstrated experience in ESG program development, with desirable knowledge in built environment and real estate sustainability. Effective Communication & Relationship Management: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration across business units. Self-Starter with Project Management Strengths: Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery. Strong Analytical & Technical Skills: Excellent report writing, data analysis, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with solid knowledge of energy and carbon regulations.
