[Position]

Full time - Food and Beverage Manager

[Working Hours:]

• 38 - 45 hours per week

(Must be able to work 5 days and 38 hours per week / operating hours: 8:00am–9:00pm)

[Hourly Rate]

• This rate applies to adults over 20 years old, before tax
• Weekdays: $32/hour
• Saturday: $40/hour
• Sunday: $48/hour
• Public Holidays: $72/hour
• + annual leave + sick leave + 12% superannuation
• Overtime Pay $32x1.5-2.25

Note: Hourly rate is negotiable depending on working experience and performance

3. Main Duties:

• Customer service and table management
• Managing customer waiting lists and reservations
• Overseeing store opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Monitoring staff attendance and punctuality

Note: Suitable training will be provided

4. Requirements:

• RSA required,
• At least 1 year of experience in the same industry
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must have a valid TFN
• Suitable visa to work as full time employee (*Must hold a visa that allows full-time work)
