📌 Role Survey Coordinator ⏰ Hours Part-time (20 hours per week) Must be available to work within standard Australian business hours Expectation: Likely to expand into a full-time role 💰 Professional Fee ₱280/hour 📝 Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire survey process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and assessors, ensuring clear communication and coordination for survey and spa ship jobs. Create detailed 2D CAD drawings to support survey activities and project planning. Prepare accurate invoices and quotations for survey services. Compile and submit weekly reports on project progress, including issues or delays. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader to support the survey department. 🎯 Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in surveying, CAD drafting, or project coordination. Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SketchUp). Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail with accuracy in drafting and documentation. Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 📍 Requirements Must be based in the Philippines (preferably Tarlac or nearby areas).
