Multiple roles available in Bray Park, Caboolture, Deception Bay, Kallangur and Narangba for Support workers who have either completed their Cert III Individual Support or in the process of completing and needing to complete placement hours.

The role will include:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
