Seeking a proactive, skilled Support Specialist for a flexible, part-time, long-term role. You’ll handle both internal and customer communications, troubleshoot across Windows, Android, and Apple devices, and clearly explain technical details. Weekend availability is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to Slack and email messages daily, including weekends. • Provide advance notice of unavailability. • Troubleshoot issues on multiple platforms and third-party systems. • Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed. • Communicate clearly, professionally, and technically. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with MDM systems or quick learner. • Ability to explain concepts to non-technical users. • Previous customer or technical support experience. Requirements: • Reliable internet and strong technical aptitude. • Availability, including weekends. • Familiarity with Windows, Android, and Apple platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Commitment to a long-term role.
