We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Supply Excellence & Industrial Engineering (IE) Manager to co-create and drive site strategy, unlock operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: You will play a pivotal role in our long-term success. You’ll: Manage a team of dedicated and passionate associates Partner with the Plant Director & Factory Management Team to co-create and drive site strategy Shape our capital investment strategy and assess site capacity and capability in line with our business growth ambitions Lead and coach the Focused Improvement pillar of our Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program – helping teams eliminate losses and build a culture of continuous improvement. Empower teams through impactful coaching and capability building programs What We’re Looking For: You’re an experienced CI leader or Industrial Engineer with a passion and proven experience in manufacturing excellence. You bring strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. A collaborative leader who inspires and develops their team. A degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration. Why Join Us?
