About the Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified Supply Chain Business Analyst to support our logistics and fleet operations through business analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across Transport & Warehouse Systems and enterprise platforms.
This is a full-time ongoing role based in Victoria, working closely with operations, logistics, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Consulting with business stakeholders, logistics managers, operations teams, and technology personnel to gather and document business and system requirements
• Analysing existing Transport & Warehouse Systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and data models
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers, system architects, and third-party vendors
• Supporting system design, configuration, integration, and implementation of solutions related to logistics, fleet management, inventory control, and reporting
• Conducting impact analysis for system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations affecting operational workflows
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios and validating outputs
• Analysing operational and supply chain data to support performance reporting and optimisation initiatives
• Ensuring enterprise systems comply with internal governance policies, data security standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Providing post-implementation support including issue resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement activities
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and end-user training to ensure effective system adoption
Essential Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
• Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Business Analysis within logistics or supply chain environments
• Experience working with Transport & Warehouse Systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, functional specifications, process mapping)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Desirable
• Experience in transport or logistics industry
• Knowledge of enterprise governance and data security frameworks
