We are now seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the organization, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate and oversee the ordering, warehousing, and dispatch of goods.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators to ensure objectives are met.
- Plan and manage logistics processes, including transport, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals, providing training and support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Relevant Degree or atleast 5 years of experience in a supply chain, distribution, or logistics management role.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation per year.
