Fulton Hogan are now seeking a General Foreman, to support us in our Coomera Connector Stage I project delivery based in Helensvale. You will be a proven leader, who can support and empower site teams, whilst ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and execution of work. Your Contribution: Leading the supervision team in efficient and timely execution of construction activities across multiple disciplines and work zones throughout the project. Monitoring program and forecasted budgets to ensure the delivery of works within critical program dates. Effectively managing and co-ordinating multiple work crews, both internal and sub-contract, to achieve project aims. Working closely with project teams to ensure efficient staging. Conducting pre-start meetings, tool-box talks, safety walks, environmental walks and audits and managing key outcomes. Mentor team members to create a positive team culture. Think outside the box and provide innovative ideas to add value and improve performance. Let’s Connect: As an experienced Supervisor, you will have substantial demonstrated experience in Civil Construction Supervision, coupled with strong leadership qualities. You will foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
