As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects, we’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Supervision team. This role offers the opportunity to lead on-site activities, support project delivery, and contribute to the successful completion of some of Western Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and in adherence to safety and quality standards. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Key Responsibilities Efficient application and deployment of labour, plant and other resources to the area or areas of the project allocated. Responsible for the safe undertaking of all works on your site on any given day, including the safety of all site personnel. Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project; and Review budgets and KPI's for allocated projects monthly and flag any issues with Discipline Leads Required Skills and Competencies About You Hands-on experience as a Supervisor in the Construction Industry related disciplines such as Structures, Earthworks and associated civil infrastructure Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety (or similar Safety Leadership-type program) Experience working on Western Australia’s major infrastructure projects Trade certificate or similar ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
