We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our mobile processing units. As the Supervisor, you will lead a small team through the processing, packing, and quality control of wild game meat, ensuring operations are efficient, safe, and fully compliant with relevant regulations.

You'll be a member of a team that works 7 days on, then takes 7 days off. You’ll experience an attractive work–life balance and enjoy a stable and predictable income, reviewed annually.

Initially located at Brayton NSW, near Marulan for about six months, then expected opportunity for relocation to other areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the mobile game meat processing facility, including processing, packaging, hygiene, and site setup/pack-down
• Enforce strict HACCP food safety protocols and NSW regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support staff to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and product quality
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, workflow, and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor staff in safe handling, meat processing techniques, and SOPs
• Maintain accurate records for production, quality, hygiene, and inventory
• Lead and promote a positive, safety-first team culture
• Liaise with senior management to report progress and flag operational issues
Required Skills & Certifications
• Proven experience supervising in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of game or red meat processing, WHS requirements, and cold-chain handling
• NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – Mandatory
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of HACCP protocols and food hygiene legislation
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in remote field environments for extended periods
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic Microsoft Office tools
