This is a hands-on warehouse and store support role based in a busy warehouse environment. The primary objectives of this position are for ensuring stock is received, stored, supplied to Assembly team and the finished product is dispatched accurately and efficiently to support daily store operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
• Safely store stock in an organised warehouse environment
• Stock filling bulk quantity received, shuffling / organizing racks as per priority set by the Operations Supervisor.
• Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Maintain accurate stock handling and storage practices
• Support in supply of goods to the Assembly team.
• Communicate stock issues or discrepancies to the store team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders
• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery movements with freight forwarders.
• Assist in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management implementations & audits.
• Assist in coordinating company EHS and compliance in line with the corporate requirements.
• Support in develop and implement Lean/6S and continual improvement strategies to drive overall operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, stock coordination, or inventory management
• Proven experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock
• Current LF forklift licence (essential) and confidence operating warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and organisation
• Experience and/or qualifications in Lean/5S would be highly regarded.
• Experience operating in an ISO 9001 environment would be preferred.

Salary package: $75,000 - $ $80,000 per annum plus Super.
