The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Storeperson to join our Melbourne warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and movement of IT hardware and related equipment to support AXIOM’s nationwide operations.

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and upholds high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders in accordance with schedules and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stocktakes and inventory audits.
- Label, tag, and organise IT hardware, ensuring proper storage and security.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to support IT deployments.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries in compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with OH&S standards.
- Report damaged or missing items promptly and assist with resolving discrepancies.
- Support the Warehouse Administrator and Operations team with general logistics and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, storeperson, or logistics role (IT or technology environment preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management procedures.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle IT equipment safely (within reasonable limits).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
