Pay: From A$80,000.00 per year+ ( salary will be negotiated as per your work exp in the same industry )

We are looking for a reliable full - time Sales Store manager for our store City Discount Tyres - Balcatta.

Mandate requirmenet:

- Need atleast 1-2 yrs of exp in Tyre repair/ Car service store and in Total 2-5 yrs of retail sales exp.
-Have good knowledge about Auto parts, Tyres, Wheels & suspension.
- Very Good in communication, people's person, understand customers requirment & always ready to help them.
-Have good knowledge about Auto parts, Tyres, Wheels & suspension.

Core duties to perform:

-Advise customers concerning tyre, brake, suspension, exhaust and battery problems and make appropriate recommendations and up sales accordingly
-Performs general service work, charges tyres and tubes, making repairs.
-Perform wheel alignments as required.
-Answer telephones, serve customers and promote the sales of tyres, wheels, mechanical repair and services.
-Assist in performing End Of Day balances and reconciliations
-Drop off and pick up customer's vehicles
-Assist in ordering stock and enter invoices for both suppliers and customers.
-Assist in manage stock and staff and prioritizing jobs to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business.
-Perform a full tyre stock take once per month. Advise the Head Manager/Owner of any discrepancies and assist in updating the store software if required.
-Assist in training and mentoring of staff.
-Plant and equipment maintenance and care.
-Assist in the maintenance of standards of cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the shop and work areas.
-Maintaining Health and Safety criteria of the staff & customer.
-Assist in coordinate lunch breaks to ensure staff coverage.
