Our Melbourne Flagship Store is a landmark destination for lash and beauty customers, and we are now looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our flagship operations and team.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Store/Retail Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Melbourne Flagship Store. This role is responsible for full retail management, including team leadership, sales performance, store operations, customer experience, inventory control and brand standard maintenance, to drive the sustainable growth of the flagship store.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail and service operations of the Melbourne Flagship Store
Lead, recruit, train, schedule and performance manage all store team members
Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, product merchandising and regular stocktakes
Maintain premium customer service standards and handle customer feedback and complaints
Monitor store budgets, control operational costs and complete daily/weekly sales reports
Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) and Australian retail regulations
Execute in-store marketing and promotional activities to enhance store traffic and brand influence
Uphold Dr Lash’s brand image and service standards across all retail and service touchpoints

Selection Criteria
Minimum 2 years of solid retail management experience in beauty, service or retail industry (essential)
Proven track record of leading a retail team and delivering sales results
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business or related field
Sound knowledge of Australian retail operations, WHS requirements and customer service best practices
Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management tools and Microsoft Office
Passion for the beauty/eyelash industry and customer-oriented service mindset

Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: 75,000-85,000 + compulsory superannuation
