Your Role
As our Store Manager of Domino's Birkdale, you will be the driving force behind the success of the store, ensuring a smooth operation, motivated team, and satisfied customers. Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Customer Service Excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Promote a customer-focused culture across the team.
Operational & Financial Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor sales performance to achieve store targets.
• Implement efficient rostering and resource planning to optimise staff productivity.
Training & Development
• Identify training needs and support staff development through coaching and formal programs.
• Ensure team members are trained to deliver operational and customer service excellence.
Inventory & Stock Control
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktake, and implement replenishment strategies.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product availability and quality.
What We’re Looking For
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR at least three years of relevant industry experience (in lieu of formal qualifications)
• Minimum one year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the food service or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
