Wicked Ice Cream is a vibrant and popular ice cream shop located in beautiful Port Douglas, dedicated to serving high-quality products with excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and support staff members to maintain high performance and team morale.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgets, and cost control.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or food service.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage staff rosters and performance effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
