local community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a
team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order stock, set prices, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
- Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Fill shelves and merchandising special buys with the team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the store owner in selecting the right people for
the team.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and sales performance analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Salary Range - $76,500 to $86,500
