Stockist Support & Sales Assistant (Casual)
Location: Coorparoo (Hybrid after training)
Hours: 2 days per week (Wed & Thu, ~6 hrs per day)

We’re a small but growing Aussie sunscreen brand looking for someone to join the team a couple of days a week to help keep our stockists happy, our CRM humming, and our sunscreen flying off shelves.

This is a casual role – perfect for a uni student or someone who wants consistent, flexible work in a fun, low-stress environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling around 50 stores a day to check in, take orders, and follow up
• Logging calls and notes into our CRM (we’ll train you!)
• Placing orders through our system
• Sending emails to stockists as needed
• Doing a bit of basic admin here and there
• Suggesting upsells.

About You
• Friendly, upbeat, and confident on the phone
• Happy to talk to lots of different people every day
• Organised enough to log calls and keep things neat
• Open to learning new systems (we’ll show you the ropes)
• Bonus points if you’ve done customer service before – but not essential
