PURPOSE

To enhance player wellbeing and performance by developing focus, confidence, and resilience through evidence-based strategies. Working with players, parents, and coaches, they integrate mental skills into programs and competitions, ensuring a holistic approach that supports growth on and off the court.

We seek a Sport Psychologist to join our wonderful team of coaches in enhancing the tennis experience for our players and their families.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

DELIVERABLES
• Provide one-on-one consultations for players to develop mental skills.
• Run group workshops for players, parents, and coaches.
• Support coaches with tools to integrate psychology into training and competition.
• Contribute to holistic player development pathways.
• Promote wellbeing and resilience across all programs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Psychology (minimum)
• x2 years experience (preferred)
• Tennis experience (preferred)

Remuneration I $75,000 - $90,000 (incl. super) per annum
Annual Leave I 20 days per annum
