About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Speech Pathology Area Manager to join our client's Hobart team. In this dynamic leadership role, you will work closely with other discipline managers to train, support, and retain a high-performing team—while also maintaining a clinical caseload.
This role encompasses four key leadership areas:
Staff Performance: Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures
Staff Retention: Foster a positive, inclusive team culture to improve retention and satisfaction
Staff Development: Guide career and clinical development plans tailored to individual goals
Clinical Caseload: Maintain a clinical caseload (minimum 21 billable hours per week) and lead by example
