About the role:
We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Senior Speech Pathologist to join our expanding Melbourne team in a Team Leader role
You will be provided a work life balance. This is not optional
It is desirable to understand and be able to administer/interpret a variety of psychometric/objective screening tools
Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments
Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life
Opportunity to work across all age groups from 0 to 65 years
Provide evidence based clinical services to participants living with disability and/or chronic complex conditions
It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends. Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role

Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current registration with SPA
NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
