  • Since 2021, our Gold Coast team has been delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants, and now we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join us and help people achieve their goals in the environments where it matters most—home, school, and the wider community.

Here’s how we work

  • Combining standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant’s unique needs
  • Working across diverse environments—home, school, or the community—where real-world skills can be put into action
  • Collaborating with an incredible multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners

Your Role Will Include

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way
  • Supporting participants across settings—home, school, and the broader community
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
  • Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
  • Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements

What you will need

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
