About Us

At TheraChance Australia , we provide high-quality Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physiotherapy services across Greater Western Sydney.

We proudly support NDIS and My Aged Care participants, focusing on helping clients gain independence, develop communication skills, and improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments, and therapy for clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
Develop individualised therapy plans and goals in collaboration with clients, families, and the wider allied health team.
Deliver therapy sessions across diverse settings: home visits, schools, childcare centres, and community locations .
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS and TheraChance requirements.
Liaise with support coordinators, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care .

About You

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Registration: Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Experience: New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply!
