We’re searching for an experienced Specification and Technical Manager in QLD to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner. About the Opportunity A fantastic opportunity to join our merchandising team in Queensland, with responsibility for the growth of the Conex Banninger brand development across the state. You’ll be a key ambassador and will help to grow sales by developing specification strategy, and providing technical leadership and training to our branch network and customers. You’ll be creating sales plans for your region and key contractors, based on your knowledge of their upcoming projects. Relationship management is a key focus in the new role, with a range of internal and external stakeholders. About You At Reece, attitude is key! To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Demonstrated experience in the building services industry with a track record of successfully selling (including specification sales) You are technically astute – with a technical mindset and an ability to understand complex matters, and convey them in simple terms You love building strong relationships and are a confident presenter, in both formal and informal settings A self-starter – who is highly motivated and enjoys taking ownership of your role and responsibilities Solid problem solving and conflict management skills, with an ability to proactively resolve issues If this sounds like you, put your career first and apply now!
