• About the Opportunity

• An exciting part-time opportunity exists for a Spa Therapist to join our team at RACV Torquay Resort.
•  
• We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist (Grade 3) to join our RACV Spa team. This role is ideal for a qualified professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors. As a Grade 3 Therapist, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the spa, performing advanced treatments and supporting the Spa Management Team in achieving service excellence and business growth.

• While remedial massage experience is welcomed and highly regarded, it is not required for this role. We encourage applicants with a strong background in spa therapies who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

• Key Responsibilities
•  

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, tanning, and make-up.
• Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Assist with reception duties including bookings, enquiries, and end-of-day procedures.
• Monitor product levels and support monetary management processes.
• Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa attendance and revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.

• What We’re Looking For
•  

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (or equivalent).
• Completion of Spa Branded academy training.
• Extensive experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
• OH&S certification and Level 2 First Aid (training may be provided).
• Multi-modality qualifications and previous shift work experience.

• Due to the 7day/week nature of the operation, flexibility is required to assist with occasional unscheduled or on call duties and will require a presence on weekends.
