The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled full-time Chef to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering fresh, consistent, and well-presented meals in a modern bistro environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals to a high standard across lunch and dinner services.

Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver menus that are fresh, seasonal, and appealing to members.

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, following all food safety and WHS requirements.

Manage stock rotation, assist with ordering, and minimise waste.

Support junior staff with training and supervision.

Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.

About You

Trade qualified Chef with previous experience in a bistro, club, or restaurant setting.

Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach.

Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards.

Willingness to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking hospitality business.
