On behalf of our client, we are advertising. Duchess Out Pty Ltd are looking for few positions of qualified Sous Chef to join their team in Northam WA
Key Responsibilities : -
• Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, service, and close.
• Take primary responsibility for all pizza station operations, including dough prep, topping, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain consistency and quality of all kitchen offerings in line with venue standards.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during service and prep.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are up held at all times (HACCP compliant).
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste through proper stock rotation.
• Step into the Head Chef role when required during days off or leave periods.
• Collaborate on new menu items, pizza specials, and seasonal changes.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained in safe working order.
• Communicate clearly with FOH and management to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Experience : -
• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as rostered

Location : Northam, WA
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + superannuation
