Hello, I am looking for a manufacturer to produce a modular aluminium extrusion frame. The frame is similar to a simple exhibition/kiosk structure, designed to be assembled and disassembled quickly for events with quick release pins. Requirements: • Material: Aluminium extrusion (2020 or 3030 profile – please recommend) • Dimensions: approx. Width: 63-in Height: 72-in Depth: 40-in • Finish: silver • Assembly: quick release connectors for repeated setup and packdown • Transport: Collapsible / flat-pack design • Features: • Frame only (no panels, no lights, no electronics) • Simple open structure, cube-style (please see attached photos for reference) Order Quantity: • 1 sample frame first • Please advise MOQ and bulk pricing for 10–20 units I understand this may require custom mould / die and understand the T connectors and corner connectors will likely require a custom mould.
