This role will support multiple customer solutions and help gain confidence in:
- Monitoring and maintaining production systems.
- Providing support to customers and documenting activity through the ticketing system.
- User management and user support.
- Communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Installing and configuring software and its various components.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Script changes and quality assurance.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Ability to be adaptable, approachable and accountable.
- Ability to research and always be curious to find a solution.
- Basic SQL Knowledge.
- Concepts of database design.
- Like solving problems and strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong MS Excel.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting/Finance.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in software development.
- Experience in a similar support position.
- Awareness of business finance management processes.
- Professional project/internship experience highly desired.
