Our client based in Perth needs an experienced technician to oversee the operation, utilization, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our clients equipment on either onshore or offshore locations. This is a rotational rig based or worksite position. The position holder maintains a close working relationship with all managers and supervisors within the client’s organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation and maintenance of the following solids control equipment:
? Centrifuges,

? Cuttings Dryers,

? Centrifugal and Positive displacement Pumps,

? Dewatering Systems,

? Filtration Equipment,

? Electronic control packages,

? Screw conveyors (augers),

? Cuttings skips and skip filling activities,

? Mud Coolers,

? Vacuums and other clean up equipment

Ensures highest standards of HSE,
Perform Operations in a manner that assists the organization in meeting our safety, operational, and sales goals.
Encourage the use of our equipment daily to maximize personnel and equipment utilization,
Use of retort testing equipment for analysis and reporting on solid and fluid waste streams,
Manage Inventory of equipment, spares, tools and all supplied items on the location
and coordinate this inventory with the logistical team.

Ensure service quality is continually enhanced. Set a high standard in Safety, Operations, Maintenance and repair, and efficient use of resources to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the value that our
equipment and people bring to their operation.

REQUIRED

Mechanical or electrical service trained including trade qualification
Sound knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook and Insphire (or other)
2 years minimum working in a similar role
Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, with minimum supervision

Ability to work effectively in cross functional team environment
Demonstrated commitment to quality and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and teamwork
Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
Demonstrate commitment to company values
Valid driver’s license
Sound attention to detail, accuracy and ability to be discreet with information and records
