Position Purpose:

The main purpose of Software Engineer is to optimize performance and maximize profits. We have identified Software Engineer as a core role within our business. His work is to work with our clients and the management team to create customized systems that address the business needs and meet the desired end results.

Position Responsibilities:

_Analyse and identify needs by investigating problem areas and implementing user feedback to develop software that meets those needs;
_Design and implement new software programs and systems and develop and modify existing programs as needed;
_Develop, test, and refine code before communicating it to others involved with the project;
_Integrate existing software and ensure that all systems are compatible;
_Communicate information through code, diagrams, flowcharts, layouts, and other documentation;
_Evaluate company software and systems; install necessary software and other programming;
_Maintain operational systems by continuously monitoring and fixing any problems;
_Work closely with other employees on projects;
_Stay up-to-date on new technologies by performing research, attending courses, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

_Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
_Possess a good ability to develop and assist others.
_Possess a good aptitude to continuously improve.
_Ability to work independently.
_Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
_Excellent customer services, interpersonal and organizational skills.
_Strong oral and written communication skills.
_Fast leaner with a willingness to learn new technology.
_At least 1 years’ full-time work experience as a Software Engineer preferred.

Remuneration:

$125,000 + superannuation
