Seeking a high quality software developer to assist with maintaining and enhancing a software application I have developed. The role involves working on an 'as needed' basis to address updates, improvements, and any necessary maintenance tasks. I also have many other projects in the pipeline that will need to be built from scratch - this is a high potential job. I built the Software myself using Cursor AI - and I am not a trained developer - so it is messy (to give you a warning). I want to hire a high quality and proactive developer that I will work with for a long time, not someone who just "follows rules" but someone who tells me I am wrong and just does it better without asking for permission. I am sick of receiving chatgpt generated generic applications, so don't do this. Prove to me that you have thoroughly read and thought about the application (be creating, proactive, and prove to me you are capable of helping me with similar projects or insights that I should be getting).
