About the opportunity This position encompasses a clinical caseload within the maternity stream and paediatrics ward. This position will form part of an integral multidisciplinary team and will be required to provide highly responsive and flexible services to consumers while upholding a high level of professionalism and practising the core values of Mercy Health This role will encourage best practise philosophy amongst staff and will be expected to demonstrate an advanced skill set What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Social Work with a minumum 2 years' experience and eligibility to membership to the AASW Sound knowledge of current evidence-based practises and commitment to continuing professional development and research Prior hospital experience and/or in women and chidlren's community services, is highly desirable Adaptive, creative with a passion for patient - centred care You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
