About the Role: We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help us grow our Instagram and TikTok presence in the motivational and lifestyle niche. This role is hands-on with content research, editing, and daily posting. The right candidate knows how to spot trends, find viral content, and replicate the style (hooks, captions, translations, etc.) that drives millions of views. You don’t need advanced film editing, just steady editing skills, creativity, and an understanding of what makes short-form content go viral. Key Responsibilities: * Research and track viral videos in the motivational/lifestyle niche. * Analyze hooks, captions, trends, and formats that boost engagement. * Collect and organize weekly content ideas (Google Drive doc). * Edit and re-create videos with our content, modeled after viral examples. * Add captions, translations, transitions, and hooks to improve retention. * Post 2 reels per day on Instagram and TikTok. * Suggest strategies to improve reach, retention, and consistency. * Scale content output as the account grows. Requirements: * Proven experience creating/managing viral TikTok or IG Reels content. * Strong skills in trend spotting + hook analysis. * Solid editing skills (captions, transitions, sound syncing). * Understanding of motivational/lifestyle audience behavior. * Consistent, reliable, detail-oriented. * Portfolio or proof of past accounts managed.
