We’re looking for a social media creative to help grow and manage two of our design-led brands: PALO Object Company and NPM. Both brands sit at the intersection of design, street/skate culture, and art, so a strong creative eye and appreciation for aesthetics is essential. What we need: • Content strategy & posting – Develop a posting calendar aligned with brand voice and culture. – Write captions that are sharp, minimal, and on-brand. – Schedule and manage posts (Instagram + TikTok). • Reels & content production management – Work with our video editor: provide briefs, manage edits, and ensure reels feel raw in content but refined in presentation. – Maintain consistency of brand tone and storytelling across all content. • Community & growth – Build authentic engagement and follower growth. – Understand the nuances of design-driven audiences (not generic lifestyle content). • Ads management – Run Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook) to build followers and drive sales. – Structure campaigns beyond simple “boosts”: proper targeting, retargeting, and testing. – Report on performance and suggest optimisations. What we’re looking for: • A creative with proven experience growing design, fashion, or lifestyle brands on Instagram/TikTok. • Strong design sensibility — you get visual culture, minimalism, and craft. • Excellent written English (British/Australian tone preferred). • Ability to work independently and bring ideas, not just execute tasks. Project scope: Ongoing monthly role. Starting at 1–2 posts per week + 1 reel per week + ads management, with potential to grow. Budget: Expert level freelancer, $30–60/hr.
