The Opportunity: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take the reins of our Instagram and TikTok presence. Your mission will be to transform our social channels into vibrant, engaging communities that drive brand awareness, traffic to our website, and ultimately, sales. You are a storyteller, a trend-spotter, and a data-driven strategist rolled into one. You live and breathe social media and understand how to create content that resonates with men looking to elevate their style. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a weekly content calendar that includes daily posts, Stories, and Reels/short-form video. Community Growth: Implement strategies to organically grow our follower base on both Instagram and TikTok with a focus on attracting genuine, engaged users interested in men's fashion. Engagement: Act as the voice of the brand. Respond to comments and DMs promptly, foster conversations, and build a loyal community. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, audio, and challenges on TikTok and Instagram, and adapt them creatively to fit our brand and niche. Driving Traffic & Sales: Create compelling calls-to-action that seamlessly guide followers from our social platforms to our website (tysmenswear.com) to browse and purchase. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, website clicks, conversion rate) weekly and monthly. Use these insights to constantly refine the strategy. What You'll Create: Your content should be fun, engaging, and valuable. Ideas include: Style Tips & How-To's: How to tie different knots (Windsor, Eldredge, etc.), how to match a tie with a shirt/suit. Product Spotlights: Showcasing new arrivals, best-sellers, and unique patterns/fabrics. Behind-the-Scenes: Quick glimpses into the business (e.g., new inventory arrivals). User-Generated Content (UGC): Sharing photos/videos from happy customers. Trend-Based Content: Participating in relevant fashion and lifestyle trends on TikTok. Polls & Questions: Using interactive features in Stories to ask for opinions on styles. Who You Are: You have proven experience growing social media accounts and driving measurable results (please provide examples or a portfolio). You have an excellent understanding of the distinct algorithms and best practices for both Instagram and TikTok. You have a keen eye for men's fashion, particularly formal and business wear. You are a skilled content creator—confident in shooting and editing short-form video, writing catchy captions, and designing visually appealing graphics. You are analytical, able to interpret data to inform future content decisions. You are a self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage a daily posting schedule independently.
