We’re looking for an Australian-based Social Media Manager to build the online presence of our new podcast from the ground up. Your mission: grow our follower base, spark genuine engagement, and get our content seen and shared. You’ll focus on: Managing and scheduling posts for Instagram & TikTok Driving audience growth and engagement from day one Tracking performance metrics to optimise reach and interaction Actively engaging with our community in comments and DMs Collaborating closely with the podcast host and editor to keep messaging on-brand and consistent Occasionally shooting or editing short-form content when fresh assets are needed Most content will be supplied, so your superpower will be strategic posting, community management, and making every post count.
