Ongoing Social Media Manager (Reels/Shorts/Stories) – CapCut pro + Canva Pro Description: I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented social media manager to help me schedule 14–20 posts per week ( mix of reels, short videos, or stories). I will provide most of the raw videos – your job is to polish, caption, and schedule it so it goes out consistently. This is an ongoing role for the right person. Happy to pay $70 USD per week for a great candidate. --- What you’ll be doing Taking my raw video clips and: 1. Doing light edits in CapCut (trimming, adding text, basic transitions, simple effects) 2. Adding titles, captions and simple hooks 3. Designing/optimising graphics or covers in Canva Pro 4. Writing short, punchy (Happy to use Chat GPT) 5. Scheduling 13–20 posts per week across platforms (e.g. Instagram Reels/Stories, Facebook, YouTube Shorts – final platforms to be agreed) 6. Keeping a simple content calendar so posts go out at the right time, consistently 7. Suggesting improvements over time (best posting times, what content performs best, etc.) Must-have skills - CapCut Pro (please send examples of videos you’ve edited in CapCut) - Canva Pro experience (for simple designs, covers, and text overlays) - Strong understanding of short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/stories) - Good written English for captions and hooks - Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding - Experience scheduling content using native apps or tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.) Nice to have (not essential, but a bonus) - Basic understanding of analytics (what’s performing, what’s not) - Experience working with personal brands / small businesses. - Knowledge of trends in short-form content --- Budget & workload - Budget: Around $70 USD per week (of 14–20 posts – open to discussion) - Mix of 14-20 posts per week (reels, shorts, videos, or stories) - This is intended to be an ongoing role if we’re a good fit.
