We’re a cheeky wellness brand that swears and loves to have fun. This isn’t just posting pretty pictures. We’re looking for someone who can own our social media strategy end-to-end — from content ideation and video editing, to feed curation and performance tracking. You’ll turn our brand assets, UGC, and raw content into scroll-stopping Reels, memes, carousels, and Stories that build hype, drive conversions, and make people laugh out loud. You’ll also create new, fresh content that drives growth and engagement. ⸻ Responsibilities • Develop and execute a social media content calendar across Instagram and TikTok (reposting to Facebook) • Edit pre-existing content into short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimised for virality • Create original memes, graphics, and carousels aligned with the brand tone of voice • Manage Instagram Stories, uploading fresh, engaging daily content • Curate a cohesive, on-brand feed that looks amazing and converts followers into customers • Spot trends early and adapt them into on-brand content fast • Write witty, engaging captions • Track performance metrics, report on insights, and make recommendations to improve reach and engagement Other tasks might include: managing giveaways, UGC, posting to Pinterest and community engagement ⸻ Skills & Experience • 2–4 years experience in social media management (brand or agency side) • Proven ability to create viral or high-performing short-form video content • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent) • Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for memes and carousels • Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts for eCommerce brands • Understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, and trends • Strong copywriting ability for captions and community tone of voice • Knowledge of analytics and reporting to measure performance and ROI ⸻ Nice to Have • Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands • Familiarity with influencer collaborations and UGC briefing • Paid ads knowledge (Meta/TikTok Ads) to align organic with paid content ⸻ What Success Looks Like • A consistently strong, cohesive, and engaging social presence • Steady follower growth and high engagement rates • Stronger UGC integration and community connection • Content that drives conversions while staying true to the brand personality ⸻ How to Apply Please submit: • Your CV or portfolio • Links to social accounts you’ve managed • Examples of short-form content, memes, or carousels you’ve created • A short note on why you think you’d nail this role
