DIGITAL DISH IS HIRING A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Ongoing Role for the right candidate | Philippines Based). Digital Dish is a growing digital consultancy in Melbourne, Australia, and we’re looking for an ongoing Social Media expert to become an important part of our team. Our founder brings 20+ years’ experience across digital agencies: CRM, website, tech, and social, so we value genuine skill, clear thinking, and people who deliver real outcomes. No fluff, no buzzwords. We appreciate people who know their craft. This role is ideal for someone in the Philippines (close to our timezone) who wants stable, long-term work with room to grow as the business grows. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who is: • Strategic and hands-on and passionate about social media • Skilled across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook + • Confident in creating social media content creation and planning calendars, and familiar with using modern tools that support these activities (AI, scheduling tools, analytics). If specific paid tools are required, we can discuss access during onboarding. • A clear communicator: responsive, organised, and easy to collaborate with • Equipped with a reliable internet connection and a consistent working setup • Interested in a long-term, ongoing role (more growth = more hours) • Able to support both Digital Dish and their client accounts in future • Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute within a supportive team • Bonus (not mandatory): experienced with CRM tools GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and/or Klaviyo At Digital Dish, our team is our family.
