We’re looking for a killer Social Media Manager who is also a hands-on creator. This isn’t just about posting, it’s about owning the process end-to-end and driving growth. You will: - Manage multiple social media accounts with consistency and creativity. - Create engaging content (thumbnails, graphics, captions, posts) using Canva or similar tools. - Edit short videos and repurpose existing content into fresh, shareable pieces. - Bring new ideas and take responsibility for growth across platforms. - Ensure content is polished, timely, and aligned with our brand. The Process: Content Intake – Receive raw videos, photos, or ideas from the team. Content Creation – Design graphics, thumbnails, and edit short clips Scheduling & Posting – Draft, schedule, and post across platforms consistently. Quality Check – Review, polish, and optimize content before publishing. Engagement & Feedback – Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and bring fresh ideas weekly.
