Hello! We’re a growing marketing agency currently managing a handful of clients and expanding steadily. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can create, curate, and manage content that doesn’t just look good — it delivers measurable results. What the role involves: Content Creation & Curation: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with client goals and buyer personas. Create original content — graphics, reels, stories, short-form video, and carousel posts tailored for each platform. Curate industry-relevant, trend-driven, and competitor content to position our clients as authorities in their niches. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and campaign objectives. Community Building & Engagement: Manage accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Respond to DMs and comments, and engage with followers to build authentic relationships. Actively participate in niche communities and monitor competitor engagement for opportunities. Campaign Management: Launch and monitor paid social campaigns (boosted posts, lead ads, retargeting) to support organic strategy. Align organic content with funnels and paid campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage influencer collaborations or partnerships where relevant. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance weekly/fortnightly with clear KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and CPL. Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Deliver reports with actionable recommendations. Growth & Optimization: Optimize posts with SEO-rich captions, hashtags, and trending audio. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and new platform features. Continuously test content types, posting times, and formats to improve results. Extra value we’d love: Skilled in Canva/Adobe for quick-turnaround content. Experienced with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or GHL Social Planner). Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, curation, and repurposing. Able to integrate social campaigns into wider inbound marketing strategies (email nurturing, SEO, landing pages).
