About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role combines social media management with general administrative support. You will help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and assist with day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts across platforms (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.). - Research and select relevant content (images, articles, trends) to increase engagement and visibility. -Monitor, respond to, and manage community interactions/messages. -Assist with researching potential clients and leads -Provide general administrative support, including document management, email correspondence, and scheduling. -Maintain organized records of social media performance and provide basic reports. -Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Requirements: - Experience in social media management and content creation. - Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset. - Willing to work Australian business hours. 9AM to 5PM - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. - Manage data entry, filing, and record-keeping. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders. - Provide general support to the management team as needed. Schedule & Commitment: -20 hours per week for the first 2 weeks (trial period). -Opportunity to transition to full-time employment after the trial.
