Help us turn everyday moments into beautifully crafted social content. Fig & Bloom is looking for a highly creative, detail-driven freelance video editor to transform our static images and video clips into scroll-stopping social media advertisements. Our brand is known for premium aesthetics, emotional storytelling, and beautifully crafted visual experiences — and we’re searching for an editor who can help us bring these stories to life. You’ll work with our internal marketing team to craft short-form ads (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that feel human, emotional, and premium. You’ll build tight hooks, shape narrative arcs, and turn simple assets into dynamic, attention-catching content. If you’re someone who loves crafting emotion in the edit — not just cutting clips together — we’d love to meet you. What you’ll do • Edit short-form social videos (5–20 seconds) using our raw footage and static images. • Build strong hooks in the opening seconds to maximise retention. • Craft story-driven, emotionally resonant ads using a clear three-act structure. • Add text overlays, music, pacing, rhythm, and motion that elevate the story. • Maintain a premium, cohesive brand look across all platforms. • Deliver quick, polished edits that feel native to Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. • Collaborate with our creative team on concepts, scripts, and refinement.
