We are seeking experienced and motivated persons to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the efficient, safe, and hygienic skin removal and initial preparation of carcasses within our mobile game meat processing facility.

For an annualised wage be a member of a team that works 7 days on, then take 7 days off.

Initially located at Brayton NSW, near Marulan for about six months, then expected opportunity for relocation to other areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform safe and accurate of game meat carcasses to company and regulatory standards
• Operate skin removal equipment and tools effectively
• Ensure all processes follow food safety regulations and animal welfare guidelines
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organised work area
• Support general processing tasks as required across the facility
• Follow WHS protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Accurately complete required processing documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to standard operating procedures

What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience with skin removal
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene requirements
• Food Safety Handling certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit – capable of repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with raw game meat
• Willingness to work remotely on a 14/14 roster
• First Aid/CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
