We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our operations team in Epping, Victoria. About the Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient production of recycled concrete, rock, and asphalt products, ensuring alignment with production schedules, quality standards, cost controls, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Support the Site Manager in implementing site management strategies in line with company policies. Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize productivity, optimise raw material use, and minimise waste. About You You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive leader with a solid background in crushing, quarrying, or earthworks. To be successful, you will have: A positive attitude. A valid MR Heavy Vehicle Licence and LE & LL Excavator & Loader Certificate of Competency Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry. A strong track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams and driving a positive workplace culture. Dedicated to driving effective & constructive change.
