  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Services Supervisor to join the Woodman Point Team in Henderson! In this role, you will be based on site as part of the Clough Jacobs Alliance Project, supervising and completing discipline nominated site services activities, within project quality, safety, and environmental management plan guidelines on schedule and within budget.

Your focus will include

  •  
  • Promote and ensure that safety and environmental working practises are adhered to. Ensure that Safety and Environmental management systems (procedures, JSA, Method Statements) are followed. Minimise the exposure of risks to your crew and the environment by identifying the hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages. Plan the required work permits and obtain the relevant approvals to commence the work
  • Coordination of Site Services activities and related blue collar crew, including mobilisation, operation, maintenance and demobilisation of Temporary Construction Facilities
  • Ensure that Project Plant and Equipment (including Project Sub-Contractors Equipment) is correctly recorded in Alliance Software, including mobilisation to site, pre-starts, refuelling, mechanical breakdowns/repairs and demobbing from site. Coordinate repair and servicing of Alliance owned or hired Plant and Equipment.
  • Ensure that Site Traffic Management Plan is implemented, amended and maintained as required, via blue collar work crew
  • Coordinate Sub Contractor Security personnel to ensure effective execution of Site Security operations
  • Coordinate Site Waste Management Services via Sub Contractor
  • Capture daily timesheets, diaries, delays, site instructions, photos

What you will bring to the team

  • 5+ years minimum experience in similar role
  • Previous experience supervising teams, contractors, or multiple service providers
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple site functions (e.g., maintenance, logistics
  • Familiarity with working in high-risk environments, adhering to strict safety standards
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills. Independent, self-starter
  • Candidates must be able to operate in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • This position requires a motivated individual with good communication skills and a "can do" attitude
