On Behalf of Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd, we are advertising. Sirrom Corporation (Aust.) Pty Ltd is looking for Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join their team based in Western Australia to various sites.

Jobs and Duties:
1. Responsible for the smooth running of the Village to ensure a professional and service-based Hospitality culture is maintained for all Village teams.
2. Coordinate and maintain an approved roster structure.
3. Reinforce a safety culture from both a staff and client perspective.
4.Develop & maintain good working relationships with all Clients based on confidence and trust in performance of Sirrom Accommodation Services Operations.
5. Full compliance with Sirrom Accommodation Services reporting structure ensuring performance and compliance with Policies & Procedures.
6. Report on and provide projections on budgetary performance

Qualification and Experience:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or hospitality discipline and/or extensive and demonstrated successful management experience
2. Highly developed business management skills
3. Knowledge of workplace Health and Safety requirements
4. Working knowledge of the use of Accommodation Management Systems

Salary: $ 76515 to $80000
