Summary Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Simpro implementation specialist to support the migration from a legacy job management system (GeoOp) to Simpro. The engagement will cover discovery, configuration, documentation, training, and go-live support. Scope of Work Phase 1 – Discovery, Familiarisation & Planning Understand current Simpro setup and legacy GeoOp environment. Run workshops with SMEs to capture business needs. Review Simpro environment and prioritise configuration items. Deliverables: requirements documentation, implementation roadmap, project schedule. Phase 2 – Configuration & Setup Configure Simpro modules (jobs, scheduling, invoicing, reporting). Customise templates, permissions, and workflows. Conduct iterative reviews with SMEs for validation. Deliverables: configured system, admin documentation, UAT-ready environment. Phase 3 – Documentation & SOPs Document core workflows and SOPs. Create role-based user guides for admin, field staff, and managers. Deliverables: SOPs, quick reference guides, centralised knowledge base. Phase 4 – Training & Change Management Deliver role-specific training sessions (including sandbox environment if required). Provide change management support to drive adoption. Deliverables: training materials, feedback summary, adoption readiness report. Phase 5 – Go-Live & Support Support phased go-live with minimal disruption. Provide hypercare support and handover to internal team. Deliverables: fully operational system, support log, closure report. Requirements Proven experience with Simpro configuration and implementation. Strong background in documenting workflows and creating SOPs. Ability to conduct effective training for diverse roles (admin, field staff, managers). Solid track record of managing change and supporting user adoption. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
